What are our gyms?
Our gyms are results driven, high energy total fitness training system that includes motivation, accountability and a dynamic performance based training program; all designed to get you the results and overall physique you want. Every workout session is led by an experienced, highly qualified strength coach and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while giving you the BEST results, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level. Our workout programs can be done one-on-one with a personal trainer or in a small group.
The various gyms will train you with motivation, intensity, and above all safety. We do not believe in gimmicks, short cuts, or the easy way out. We know we can change anyone, and everyone’s body, the only requirement is commitment. Training with a trainer is a team effort. The trainers/coaches will provide the motivation and instructional information for you to successfully complete your program. Our knowledge and your effort together will make a positive change in your life.

At all our gyms in Malta, we believe and know that the key to becoming stronger, fitter, leaner, and more athletic isn’t about a big fitness center with a bunch of fancy equipment. It’s about having a program that combines top of the line coaching and support that supplies proven and effective workouts, nutrition support and counseling, plus a strong-willed, fitness minded, supportive and highly positive group of people who are driven and committed to making fitness a large part of their lives.
Our Training System

We focus on a program that optimizes physical endurance and stamina, max strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.
